Règlement Local de Publicité métropolitain
Orléans Métropole adopte son Règlement Local de Publicité métropolitain le 11 février 2021.
Ce document complète la règlementation nationale en fixant par zone, les obligations en matière de publicité, d’enseignes et de préenseignes. Elaboré en étroite collaboration avec les communes et en concertation avec les habitants et l’ensemble des acteurs concernés, le Règlement Local de Publicité métropolitain (RLPm) permet de répondre à plusieurs enjeux : préserver les sites, les paysages et le cadre de vie en luttant contre la pollution visuelle tout en assurant la liberté d’expression et la promotion, essentielle à l’équilibre économique du territoire.
